The 2014 Gallup survey on employee engagement showed that 70% of American workers are disengaged - they are either miserable in their job (17.5%), or just going through the motions (51%). That means only 31.5% truly are engaged and love their job. It's difficult to shift the 17.5% that hate their jobs, but there's real opportunity to shift the 51% in the middle, and retain the 31.5% that love what they do. ..»
