THE Dow Jones soared by more than 150 points today after the United States, Canada and Mexico reached a deal to revamp the North American Free Trade Agreement . The US stock market was boosted by the new agreement, which is expected to be named the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement after just beating a midnight deadline.
